Sometimes the best conversations don’t happen sitting across a desk on online, they happen outdoors, in motion, surrounded by nature, fresh air and views.
Group Coaching Hike are a 'Walk and Talk' style coaching day that brings together the power of coaching and the restorative energy of being outdoors. These sessions are designed to help the group reflect, find clarity and connect with a cohort of other who share the same goal and may want to do the journey alongside each other after the initial group coaching session.
Each group coaching hike will have a slightly different emphasis and theme allowing you to select the session that will be best for you.
Nature has a unique way of helping us slow down, reflect, and see things differently. When you walk, your body relaxes and your thoughts begin to flow more freely - it’s often in these moments that fresh ideas and insights appear.
On your Group Coaching Hike, you’ll experience:

Each hike lasts approximately half a day (or more depending on our route) and would take place in the Peak District.
As a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader and Life Coach, I combine professional coaching with safe, accessible time outdoors. These sessions are held with care, confidentiality, and a gentle balance of challenge and support - helping you move forward in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

As a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader, I ensure every hike is well-planned, safe (I am Outdoor First Aid Trained), and suited to the group. I’ll guide you every step of the way so you can focus on enjoying the journey. We will also learn a little about the environment as we go!
