The PATH Coaching Journey is a 4-week 1:1 coaching experience designed to help you pause, reconnect, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
It’s not about having all the answers straight away.
It’s about finding your direction, taking brave steps, and trusting yourself again.
Think of it as a guided path - one that helps you navigate where you are now and where you want to go next.
Like any good journey, PATH is about:
Pausing to take stock of where you are.
Exploring what lights you up and what holds you back.
Mapping out your options.
Taking steps that feel brave but doable.
Building momentum that lasts.
By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction, a toolkit for confidence and resilience, and a plan that feels aligned with you.
Week 1: P - Pause and Take stock.
"Where am I right now?"
We slow things down and create space to reflect. What’s working? What’s draining you? Where do you feel stuck? This is about building awareness - the starting point for change,
Week 2: A - Align with What Matters
"Where am I right now?"
We reconnect you with what’s important to you - your values, your strengths, what lights you up. You’ll start to get clarity on what you want your life to look and feel like - not what you think it should be. .
Week 3: T - Take Brave Steps
"What’s possible for me?"
This is where momentum begins. We explore your options and different paths forward. We work through fears, doubts, and limiting beliefs. We build confidence to start taking action. Small, brave steps - taken in the right direction - create real change.
Week 4: H - Hold momentum
"How do I keep moving forward?"
We bring it all together, reflect on how far you've and celebrate the journey. You’ll leave with a sense of direction, confidence, and a path you trust.
OPTIONAL Extra: If you are accessible to Peak District, you can Add a 1:1 in Outdoor Coaching Day in the Peak District after your programme has completed to reflect and check in on where you are in relation to the progress goals you set at your final session. (add a £180 to the total investment cost)
By the end of the four week, you'll have:

4 x 60 minute one to one coaching sessions over video call, approx. every two weeks.
Tools, exercises, and reflections as needed between sessions.
Email support in between sessions as needed (weekdays - 9 to 5).
How we'll meet
All sessions are held via video calls. Details provided on booking.
When will our sessions be?
Most sessions will be at a frequency of approximately every two weeks (working around holidays as needed) - we will agree a 'regular slot' that each session will be booked against. For example, every other Tuesday at 10am.
Payment
Payment is due in advance, before your first session. We can discuss payment plans if it helps to spread the cost of your coaching investment into smaller instalments. Please let me know at the discovery call.
A journey isn't always linear
While there are core topics and milestones to cover over the course of a coaching journey, they may not always be in the order they're listed here. Very often topics and areas of exploration can overlap and interconnect - rest assured we are always working towards the destination. Squiggly lines are sign of our humanness!
