On these guided walks we listen and observe what is around us, exploring hidden or overlooked features of the landscape that the Peak District has to offer. Find connection with nature and friends.

These events are beginner friendly, both for newbie walkers and artists. We take stock, we relax, we draw what inspires us.
Reflective hikes are wellbeing walks, focused on giving yourself time to work on yourself both physically and mentally.
As a life and career coach, I use intentional prompts to guide these reflections, alongside physically guiding you on hikes through the incredible landscapes available to us in the Peaks.

As a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader, I ensure every hike is well-planned, safe (I am Outdoor First Aid Trained), and suited to the group. I’ll guide you every step of the way so you can focus on enjoying the journey. We will also learn a little about the environment as we go!
