TRAILS is my 6-week coaching journey designed to help you find your way forward with clarity, courage, and confidence.
Like any good trail, it's about:

Building momentum that lasts.
By the end, you’ll have a clearer sense of direction, a toolkit for confidence and resilience, and a plan that feels aligned with you.
Week 1: T - Take stock
Reflect honestly on where you are now. What’s working? What’s draining you? This sets the foundation.
Week 2: R - Reveal your goals and how you want to feel
Get clear on what you really want - and how you want to feel - in your life and work.
Week 3: A - Acknowledge obstacles and strengths
Shift limiting beliefs, build confidence, and identify strengths you can lean on.
Week 4: I - Investigate options and pathways
Explore creative, realistic pathways forward. Think bold, but practical.
Week 5: L - Lay out your plan
Turn your vision into an action roadmap with steps that keep you moving.
Week 6: S - Sustain Momentum
Celebrate how far you’ve come, and put strategies in place to keep your progress going.

6 x 60 minute one to one coaching sessions over Zoom, approx. every two weeks.
Tools, exercises, and reflections as needed to deepen your journey between sessions.
Email support in between sessions as needed (weekdays - 9 to 5).
How we'll meet
All sessions are held via Zoom. Details provided on booking.
When will our sessions be?
Most sessions will be at a frequency of approximately every two weeks (working around holidays as needed) - we will agree a 'regular slot' that each session will be booked against. For example, every other Tuesday at 10am.
Payment
Payment is due in advance, before your first session. We can discuss payment plans if it helps to spread the cost of your coaching investment into smaller instalments. Please let me know at the discovery call.
A journey isn't always linear
While there are core topics and milestones to cover over the course of a coaching journey, they may not always be in the order they're listed here. Very often topics and areas of exploration can overlap and interconnect - rest assured we are always working towards the destination. Squiggly lines are sign of our humanness!
Can I work with you once our initial package of sessions has ended?
Absolutely! If you feel that continuing to work with me will help you either stay on track on your journey, or you want to explore a whole new area together just let me know. I'd be delighted to continue our partnership! Let me know what you are looking for next and I can build a package for you!
