Sometimes the best conversations don’t happen sitting across a desk on online, they happen outdoors, in motion, surrounded by nature, fresh air and views.
Adventure Days are a 'Walk and Talk' style coaching day that brings together the power of coaching and the restorative energy of being outdoors. These sessions are designed to help you find clarity, balance, and direction - while moving at your own pace, in the open.
Whether you’re feeling stuck in your career, craving more balance, or simply ready to reconnect with yourself, these adventure days offers a gentle yet powerful space to think, breathe, and move forward.
Nature has a unique way of helping us slow down, reflect, and see things differently. When you walk, your body relaxes and your thoughts begin to flow more freely - it’s often in these moments that fresh ideas and insights appear.
On your Adventure day, you’ll experience:
Mental clarity - movement helps calm the mind and spark creative thinking.
Emotional release - conversations flow more easily in nature’s calm rhythm.
Connection - with yourself, your surroundings, and what truly matters to you.
Perspective - shifting landscapes mirror the shifts happening within you.
Adventure is a core value at Peak and Bloom, and I deeply believe that adventure looks different for everyone - it doesn't have to be extreme to be life changing. Perhaps you're new to hiking and just the thought of getting out for gentle walk and talk in the Peak District is your kind of adventure, or perhaps you're an experienced hiker and you want to be challenged both physically and through thought provoking conversation!
In essence, adventure is about the mindset your bring - curiosity, courage and a willingness to step into the unknown to get you closer to your goals.
An Adventure Day is perfect if you:

Each Adventure Day lasts approximately half a day (or more depending on our route) and would take place in the Peak District. You can select your preferred route and level of physical challenge from my curated walks (below), or we can discuss your goals and hiking background, and create a route that will ensures you are able to make the most of the experience.
We’ll move at your pace - some moments may be quiet, others full of conversation and insight. I'll make use of the most of effective coaching question techniques and base ongoing reflection in what we see around us. all of this is tailored to help you work through your goals and objectives for the session. You don’t need to be “fit” or outdoorsy - just open to exploring in a new way for your self and setting a new path towards your goals.
Together, we’ll:
Explore what’s feeling stuck or uncertain.
Clarify what’s most important to you right now.
Identify new perspectives and practical steps forward.
End with a short reflection to capture insights and actions.
As a qualified Hill and Moorland Leader and Life Coach, I combine professional coaching with safe, accessible time outdoors. These sessions are held with care, confidentiality, and a gentle balance of challenge and support - helping you move forward in a way that feels natural and sustainable.

Each walk is pitched at different level of hiking experience, creating a range of options for you to choose from - whether this is your first time walking in the Peak District or your 100th!
Wander through a rich landscape and wonderful historic woodland, taking in all curiosities it has to offer.
Approx. 7.5km. Mostly on defined paths, though some are uneven under foot. Some inclines - think 'climbing a flight of stairs' at a couple of points.
Level: 'Light' (some sections may feel a little more moderate)
Investment: £150
A chance to experience three Peak District Edges, bag a trig point and enjoy amazing views over the Derwent Valley.
Approx 10km. Some short inclines, with large flat sections. On paths, and some uneven sections as a part of that.
Level: 'Moderate'
Investment: £200
